The Phillips Event Center (PEC) debuted in Austin Texas in the summer of 2006. The PEC is owned and operated by the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin, a local nonprofit trade association that advocates for the home building industry in the Greater Austin area.

The Phillips Event Center can accommodate up to 350 guests in our 4,800 square foot Ballroom. Guests also have access to our 1,200 square foot Patio adjacent to the Ballroom.
PEC clients have the opportunity to use the caterer of their choosing (COI Liability and Food Permits required) and the flexibility to provide the alcohol to meet the needs of their event (Bartender/s and TABC Certificates required).
The Phillips Event Center is centrally located in Austin Texas just minutes from Downtown Austin and the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. With 90 on-site parking spaces and additional free street parking for overflow, guests will not encounter expensive parking garages or overcrowding.
