The Phillips Event Center can accommodate up to 350 guests. Capacity does depend on the setup style you choose. Contact us for details!

Is parking included in the cost of the rental?

Yes! The Phillips Event Center has 90 on-site parking spaces, including several handi-cap spaces. Additional street parking is available free of charge.

Can we use our own caterer?

A.

Yes! You are welcome to use your own caterer (COI Liability & Food Permits required). If you're looking for recommendations, we can assist you with choosing the perfect vendor!

Are tables and chairs included in the rental rate?

A.

Yes! 60” round guest tables (choice of linen color) and chairs are provided with the rental as well as 8’ serving tables (choice of linen color).
