  • 3-hour rental minimum (set-up to clean-up) with ability to add additional hours
  • Appropriate number of tables & chairs included
  • Customized set-up of tables (black linens)  & chairs (choice of classroom, theatre or crescent seating) included
  • Ability to meet most AV requirements in-house
  • Ability to use caterer of choice or PEC staff can coordinate breakfast/lunch catering on your behalf
  • Coffee, water & beverage service options available upon request
